She hear that someone will kill the president of Africa, Matobo. There is an agent called Tobin Keller and he is the US Secret Service and Tobin he stop all the killers in the town. There is an girl named Silvia and Tobin wonder if she is telling the truth or lying to him. Tobin think that Silvia is hiding something for him.They have talk to Silvia and they not really sure if she's telling the truth.
